Robyn Achilles is Executive Director for Friends of Minidoka, the non-profit philanthropic partner for Minidoka National Historic Site, a unit of the National Park Service. Over 13,000 Japanese Americans from Alaska, Oregon, and Washington were forcibly removed from their homes and unconstitutionally incarcerated at the Minidoka War Relocation Center during WWII. Robyn’s parents and extended family were incarcerated at Heart Mountain (WY) and Rohwer (AK) War Relocation Centers.
Prior to her role with Friends of Minidoka, Robyn worked in philanthropy at The Community Library in Ketchum, ID.
