Job Description
Candidates must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours; must be able to lift, push or pull up to 60 pounds with reasonable accommodations; must be at work on time and maintain a good attendance. Work is fast paced and requires employee to work effectively, efficiently and be safety and quality oriented while maintaining good communication with other Team Members, Shift Leads, Shift Supervisor and Manager. Willingness to work in all departments, be flexible to changing schedules and to work additional hours is important. Candidate must be able to take and fulfill orders for multiple different items and areas at one time as well as being able to work on multiple tasks during the shift. High School diploma or GED is required. Forklift/hyster, loader operator, manufacturing labor production experience is preferred. A CDL and bi-lingual is beneficial but not required. Typical work week is 40 hours but some overtime may be required. Work is done in workshops, manufacturing plant, warehouse, storage lots, and office buildings. Work is done in noisy and dirty conditions and machinery can be dangerous and must be handled with care. Employees are frequently exposed to adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain and snow. Employees regularly work near moving mechanical parts, material handling equipment and are exposed to safety and physical hazards, noise and dust.
