Our agency is currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to our team. This can be either a part-time or full-time position.
Responsibilities include maintaining our marketing systems, setting appointments and selling policies for all the products we offer. This position will be a mix of marketing, sales, and service work.
Our clients consist of people who need insurance for their home, auto and recreational vehicles as well as small business owners.
Our office can be hectic and fast paced and the successful individual needs to have a strong desire to learn new skills, understand the products and discounts, and work hard to meet the needs of our clients in a friendly, helpful manner. The position requires a reliable, dependable, and responsible individual who is able to commit to a long-term working relationship.
- Ensuring a positive client experience
- Assisting in weekly marketing activities
- Achieving sales goals through leads and referrals
- Writing new business on all products we offer
- Actively participating in community events and promotions
- Conducting needs based policy reviews and update coverage

- Proficient with basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- P&C and Life licenses a plus. We will help the right individual with the licensing process.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
