Personnel Plus Inc., is now hiring a skilled Project Manager to oversee welding, pipe fitting, and stainless-steel fabrication projects within the food processing industry. This role is ideal for someone who can manage customer relationships, lead projects, and ensure high-quality execution from start to finish.

Pay: DOE $34-40

Schedule

· Full-time

· Monday – Friday, day shift

· Some Saturdays as needed

· Overtime opportunities

Responsibilities

Client & Project Oversight

· Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing communication and ensuring project expectations are met

· Build and maintain strong working relationships through consistent follow-up and on-site interaction

· Oversee projects involving stainless steel piping, welding, and fabrication within regulated processing environments

· Coordinate schedules, labor, and resources across multiple job sites to keep projects on track

· Provide technical input on welding methods, material selection, and application requirements

Quality & Regulatory Standards

· Ensure all work aligns with industry standards related to sanitation, safety, and compliance

· Perform site visits and inspections to verify quality and adherence to project requirements

· Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to avoid delays or rework

Team Coordination & Reporting

· Partner with internal teams such as engineering, purchasing, and operations to support project execution

· Track project performance, timelines, and key metrics to ensure efficiency and accountability

· Prepare updates and reports for leadership and clients, highlighting progress and any areas of concern

· Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Welding experience: 1 year (Required)

· Project management experience: 1 year (Preferred)

· Construction management experience: 1 year (Preferred)

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

· Knowledge of stainless steel and food-grade standards is a plus

· Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and work in awkward positions as needed
