Our Senior Personal Financial Representative will provide an interactive, consultative experience that deepens relationships by providing financial education, products and services to assist our members in achieving their goals.  This team member will provide an outstanding sales and service experience, and assist in supervising and coaching branch staff at our dynamic NEW Member Convenience Center located at 123 Cheney Drive at the corner of Washington and Cheney in Twin Falls, Idaho.
 
Responsibilities include providing education to our members on our financial products and services and developing consultative member relationships in a state of the art environment.  The Senior Personal Financial Representative will assist in supervising and coaching branch staff as needed.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications.
 
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three to five years of consultative sales experience with demonstrated success.  Financial services or credit union experience preferred.
  • High level of professionalism is required with a desire to meet member’s financial needs.
  • Exhibits leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills is a must.
  • Spanish Bilingual preferred.
