Courtesy Technician

The Courtesy Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers. This includes completing courtesy tasks such as vacuuming, washing windows, and filling air in tires, as well as greeting customers and helping them with their needs. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete courtesy tasks such as vacuuming, light checks, washing windows, and filling air in tires according to the Courtesy Order of Operations.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions and assist them with their needs.
• Organize courtesy cart, clean lobby, and help with checklists.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Knowledge of computers.
