Bring in a clean, gently-used costume between October 1st and October 12th. You'll get a ticket for each costume you bring in-then swap that ticket for a different costume on Saturday, October 13th from 11:00AM-1:00PM! Don't have a costume to swap? Come in on Saturday October 13th from 1:00PM-2:00PM and pick up one from what remains. See staff for more details. All Library programs are free and open to the public.
