Event Description:
Don’t lose your edge over the summer by developing the skills and stamina to become a better athlete! This course will focus on speed, quickness, agility, and jumping to help young athletes enhance their athleticism and develop the skills necessary for safe and effective sport participation. Travis Bunker will help you become stronger and quicker in your sport of choice. Travis has a master’s degree in Sports Conditioning and is the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the CSI athletic teams. He will push your son or daughter to reach their potential and improve the right way! This class is for students of all experience levels and can be adapted to the individual needs of the students. Come join us! Ages 6 and up.
