Music Fest, a music day camp for students age 12 to 18, is an opportunity for students to participate in many areas of music and interact with professional faculty of music educators from all over the state. Students choose a major - strings, vocal, handbells, musical theater, percussion, organ, or piano - and spend significant time each day in classes related to their major. All students participate in the camp choir and have three elective periods. There are a wide variety of elective classes to choose from. On the last evening of the camp, all students perform in the Music Fest concert. Note: We have moved the band students into the CSI Summer Band Experience, where they will get specialized instruction on brass instruments in both jazz and classical music. Ages 12 - 18.
