Macbeth

“Blood will have blood”…. The CSI Theater Department, in collaboration with CSI Dance and Music, present a modernization and reimagining of Shakespeare’s most exciting play, Macbeth. With original compositions, choreography, and design, we will explore the themes of vengeance, ambition, violence and the roles of men and women in our culture. This is not the traditional Shakespeare you experienced in English class. You will experience a fast-paced, visually exciting, spectacle as Macbeth and Lady Macbeth murder their way to the crown pushed onward by the supernatural, led into the depths of guilt and insanity by their violent and vaulting ambition.
