Calling all Junior Chefs! We will be touring the United States and discovering comfort foods in different regions. Our Kitchen Academy is a perfect place for students to develop, build upon, and sharpen their culinary skills as they progress through the week. Planned around a unique theme to immerse young chefs in a world of culinary creativity and discovery. This series will include kitchen safety, proper food handling, food preparation, etiquette manners, table setting, presentation and of course math and fun. We will be preparing shepherd’s pie, baked ziti, chicken pot pie, macaroni and cheese, tuna melt, peach cobbler, Kentucky hot brown, and of course Mississippi mud pie. We look forward to seeing you this summer! Ages 9 - 12.
